Heart is best cooked slowly to a medium-rare temperature and left to rest for several minutes after cooking. If looking for a faster method or wanting those perfect charred outer edges, slicing the heart thinly and quickly searing to a rare to medium-rare temperature is equally delicious.

We currently only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to reduce customer cost and ensure freshness of your products.
