Stress-Free & Healthy Cows
At Miller Wagyu Ranch, our main focus is to produce the highest quality full blood wagyu beef for our customers. Our cows are kept stress-free, are fed the best grain and hay and are not given any unnecessary hormones or antibiotics.
Japanese Black
90% of wagyu raised in Japan are Japanese Black cows. This breed is known for their amazing marbling. Out of the four breeds of wagyu, Japanese Black have the highest beef marbling score (BMS), which makes them the ideal choice for our ranch.
Tajima Bloodline
The Tajima strain of Japanese Black are the only cows that are allowed to be considered Kobe beef in Japan. Having Japanese Black cows with this bloodline means the beef our ranch produces is genetically the same as Kobe beef. However, Japan requires Kobe beef to be raised only in the Hyogo prefecture with extremely strict specifications.
