We suggest marinating this steak to help tenderize it before cooking. We recommend cooking this steak on the grill or in a cast iron skillet. Be sure to let it rest after cooking and cut your steak against the grain.

We currently only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday to reduce customer cost and ensure freshness of your products.
